We back our products with a limited lifetime warranty, proudly standing by its quality.

• Only Ace school bags carry a 2-year warranty, which includes cover on the structural build of the school bag,
  within normal wear and tear conditions.
• The warranty covers factory defects in material and workmanship within the specified time.
• The manufacturer reserves the right to either replace or repair the defected item.
• The replacement can be in the form of credit or a product of similar value.
• Warranty claims can only be processed along with a valid proof of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or negligent use.
• In the case where a warranty does not apply, the customer can choose to have the product
  repaired at a fair rate, which will be quoted for up front.
